Pickup and destination
Select your event and destination. Pickup locations can change with venue access and road closures. Contact dispatch to confirm meeting instructions and route availability.
Fares and groups
Review the ride option, rider or group quantity, event discount and final total before you pay. A group fare means a group of five; the quantity is the number of groups. Large parties may require multiple vehicles.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact dispatch before paying to confirm the cancellation and refund terms for your ride. For an existing reservation, provide your booking reference and contact (702) 969-9100.
Accessibility and special needs
Contact dispatch before payment about mobility needs, boarding assistance, children, luggage and seating requirements.
Payment and confirmation
Square processes payments. Your receipt page verifies the payment against our reservation record. If verification is pending or you need assistance, contact dispatch. An automated pickup-confirmation text is not currently provided.
Your information
We use the contact and ride details you submit to process your reservation and coordinate your ride. Square handles payment details. Site analytics measure visits and booking actions; reservation contact fields are not included in our analytics events. Contact info@vegasbikecab.com with privacy questions.
